Rectangular Collectors

Amwell offers comprehensive integrated systems for single and multiple collectors up to 30 ft. wide by 250 ft. long. Amwell systems and accessories include either metallic chain or non-metallic Hydrolink® chain with fiberglass flights. Slotted pipe skimmers are also available to match a wide range of collector applications.

Amwell offers the industry’s highest quality water and wastewater treatment systems and components and has engineered numerous rectangular collector systems for a wide variety of cost effective applications. Amwell  collector systems provide optimum efficiency, flexibility and cost effectiveness. Beginning with Amwell's heavy-duty, overload protected drives available in single, double or triple-shaft configurations. Triple or double shaft configurations with jaw clutches provide individual collector isolation for operational flexibility.

Hydrolink® corrosion-resistant plastic chain and components reduce chain weight by 75% which in turn reduces energy demand. Lightweight, non-metallic split design sprockets cut installation costs and are available in a full range of sizes. Sprockets are available in hunting tooth "Double Life" configurations with chain saver rims for extended life.
